Barbara Hagen has been painting for over 20 years; using oil as her medium, she has won numerous awards for her paintings.

Barbara has served as Secretary and on numerous committees as a member of the Orange Art Association.  She is also a member of the La Habra Art Association where she currently serves as Historian.

You can see her art displayed at the members' exhibits, meetings and the yearly exhibitions, various juried shows, and the Orange County Fair,  as well as in the homes of private buyers. Over the span of her artistic career, Barbara’s art has also been enjoyed at a number of exhibits in the Orange County & Villa Park, California area.

Subjects of her paintings include (but are not limited to) still life, flowers, Western scenery, and collage with oil. Her expressionist/abstract style is characterized by colorful, thick paint.

Formerly a small business owner and currently a student, Barbara is preparing to open her own gallery.

She currently resides in Orange, California and has 3 grown children.
